There was a high demand of the services. The Rotary Club expected 100 patients. At the venue almost 400 people registered and sought for the services. Around three hundred of the attendees were served and others will be served in the next medical camp that is in view.
We noticed that although the government hospitatals are there, the health services that refugees receive in Uganda are very poor and there is need of improvement.
We thank the Rotary Club very much for the smile they put on the faces of Congolese Refugees yesterday and we call any other person to do the same or to think about another area of humanitarian side he can try to improve in the lives of those vulnerable people.
